Life is full of ups and downs and twists and turns. Some of these are pleasant and enjoyable while others are stressful and difficult. Life is truly like a roller coaster ride. No matter how high the climb or how far the drop, you can't get off until its over. However, there are ways to make the ride of life more enjoyable and satisfying.
